A ceasefire by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and de-escalation measures by the Colombian governments have yielded the country’s two least violent months in more than 30 years, according to the Conflict Analysis Resource Center, a Bogotá-based think tank that monitors the country’s violence levels.
